The Paiute Indian Tribe of Utah is seeking qualifications from qualified Design-Build Contractors to complete the renovation and construction project for the Shivwits Band Community Building. The renovation and construction project will address the safety of the current structure including fire hazards, lack of energy efficiency, and unmanaged water leaks and rotting. In addition, the renovation will improve the community viability as the essential administrative building for the Shivwits Band of Paiutes.
Each bidder must submit five (5) copies of their RFQ submittal, including one (1) electronic copy (Flash Drive) in a sealed envelope to 440 N. Paiute Dr. Cedar City, UT 84721. Bid submittals will be accepted until 5:00 pm MDT July 28, 2023. Any submittal received after this date and time will not be considered.
