The Election Board has received numerous ballots returned due to incorrect addresses, and we have been contacted by Tribal Members who have not received their ballots for the current Special Election.
Please be advised that the Election Board is unable to update mailing or email addresses for Tribal Members due to a motion set forth by the Tribal Council in January 2021. (Please refer to the letter from the Tribal Council for further details.)
As per the Tribal Council’s directive, only the Tribal Member (18 years and older) can request corrections to their mailing or email addresses. These requests must be made directly to the Tribal Enrollment Officer by calling 435-586-1112.
Important Summary:
- Address corrections for future elections or tribal events must come from the Tribal Member themselves.
- The Election Board is unable to make any changes to addresses or contact information.

To ensure you receive your election ballots and other important notices in the future, please contact the Tribal Enrollment Officer at 435-586-1112 to update your mailing or email address as soon as possible.
