Graduation of the Founding Cohort of Iron Leaders Academy

May 13, 2022
Now more than ever before, our community is looking to leaders who can advance progress and promote unity during this time of recovery and healing. Iron Leaders Academy, presented by Southern Utah University, provides opportunities for personal and professional growth among emerging and established leaders in Iron County through a high-impact, 11-month training schedule. Shane was nominated to participate in the Iron Leaders Academy and was part of its founding cohort. Participants gained the foundational knowledge and experiences to contribute to positive change in the community. Culmination of the experience results in a graduation ceremony and award of an SUU Institutional Certificate in Civic Engagement & Leadership. Institutional Certificate credits may matriculate into SUU master’s degree programs for those interested. Join us in congratulating Shane Parashonts on his graduation of this program. We are thankful for his hard work and commitment to progressive change.
