The Paiute Willow Basket Community Needs Survey window has been extended for two more weeks! Your responses will guide Tribal leaders in improving communications and prioritizing future projects.
Two of the $500 winners have already been announced, with more to come!
What can I still win?
• All participants will receive a $25 ham, turkey, or veggie voucher.
• For the next two weeks, ending on March 14, a winner will be drawn for prizes up to $100 in value.
• Next Friday, March 8, we will draw two more $500 winners, with the remaining four $500 winners drawn on March 14.
PLEASE NOTE: Survey takes approximately 30 minutes. Because responses will not be saved in order to protect confidentiality, you must complete it in one sitting.
You must be 18 years or older. To take the survey, have your CIB number ready and scan the QR code or click here.
