The Paiute Indian Tribe of Utah (“Tribe”) is aware of information, posts, and articles circulating regarding the actions of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (“ICE”) agents stopping and detaining individuals who they believe may be undocumented immigrants. The federal response on undocumented immigration in the country has increased and as a part of the federal response, it is possible that American and Tribal citizens may be improperly detained.
