FourPoints Health’s friendly and professional Behavioral Health program serves Tribal and non-tribal members in all of our service areas, either in person or by telehealth.
We offer the following services:
- Mental health assessments and outpatient mental health counseling.
- Substance abuse assessments as well as Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) counseling.
- Referrals to residential treatment for substance abuse and/or mental health (cost of treatment covered for Tribal members only).
- 12 step recovery support groups (Red Road to Sobriety).
- Classes to support substance abuse recovery (Prime for Life).
