Cliffrose – Peow’oonup (Click here for pronunciation)
As its name implies, the Cliffrose is a member of the rose family. It has bark that was traditionally used for skirts, padding in moccasins, and for diaper material as the bark is absorbent. The flowers are also used in yucca soap to add citrus scent.
