Get your kids registered for this important high school class on Paiute History and Government, taught by PITU Tribal Council member and Puow’wan Program manager Tamra Borchardt-Slayton. Students can receive an elective half-credit.
* For our community learners, our goal is to open the class to the public in 2027.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
– Registration fee is waived for Native American students.
– Register by Friday, Aug. 21.
– To register, contact your school district representative on the flyer. If your student is not enrolled in one of those districts and they are Native American, reach out to PITU. Otherwise, non-Native students should contact their local school district to register.
