Rosa has been with FourPoints and the Tribe since August 2022. She just recently transferred from clinic manager for the southern clinics to compliance officer. She says she likes that she is constantly learning and developing new skills and that she genuinely enjoys her coworkers. “There’s a strong sense of teamwork and support, and I feel like everyone is committed towards the same goal.”
Rosa came to Utah four years ago from California, where she moved between Los Angeles County and San Bernadino County. When she isn’t working, Rosa enjoys a wide variety of activities, ranging from crochet and coloring to going to restaurants, watching movies and tv shows with my husband, and playing games with him (he wins at Mario Kart; she is the victor at Connect Four). She also enjoys taking trips with her family (which recently grew by one: a third son) and exploring different towns in Utah.
Rosa also likes soccer, both playing and watching. Along these lines, in 2014, she traveled to Brasilia, Brazil, for the World Cup as part of a team that installed LED signs for live viewing of the games at the fan festivals. She says it was hard work, but she was able to watch the opening match at the fan festival surrounded by so many fans of the different teams. “It was an amazing experience where different cultures came together for the love of the game!”
