Milo is a member of the Paiute Indian Tribe of Utah and is affiliated with the Cedar Band of Paiutes. He started working with the Tribe in August 2020 as a part-time custodian. He moved to maintenance in 2021, and in August of last year, he was promoted to Custodian Supervisor.
Milo was born and raised in Cedar City, although he also lived in Enoch for awhile when he was younger. He and his wife have four girls ranging in age from 1 to 16. Even his dog is a female. (“Girl dad for the win!” he said, although he added that maybe he should’ve got a boy dog. “I’m just surrounded by females.”)
When he isn’t working, he enjoys archery, hanging out with his family, or barbecuing. He also likes working on his vehicles and says if he doesn’t know how to fix something, he turns to “YouTube University” to determine if he can do it. “I’m a DIY type of guy.”
Milo is always willing to lend a hand at work and says his favorite part of his job is just coming in and seeing everyone’s smiling faces. Anyone who has interacted with Milo would say the feeling is mutual. It’s always a pleasure to see him.
