FourPoints Health now offers a wide variety of laboratory tests at its Cedar City clinic. Laboratory services are covered by PRC eligibility. Otherwise, if you qualify for the sliding fee discount, the cost of all laboratory tests will be included in your visit. If you do not have insurance or do not qualify for the sliding fee discount, the cost of your visit will be separate from the fee for each additional laboratory test performed.*
This new service aims to provide comprehensive care by enabling patients to get necessary lab tests done on-site, ensuring quicker diagnosis and treatment.
