Due to an unexpected error with Intermountain Health (IHC) billing of PRC claims, we have been removed as an insurance on a large amount of our Tribal Members accounts. We are working with them to get this issue resolved and hopefully avoid further issues going forward.
If you receive a bill from IHC, please bring it into your local FourPoints clinic or upload it on our website by following this link: Document Upload | FourPoints Community Health Centers (fourpointshealth.org).
