We are seeking up to 20 Tribal Members of all ages(*) to participate in a photo shoot for approximately one hour on Wednesday, Dec. 18, starting at 1:30 p.m. at the FourPoints Health Cedar City clinic. Photos will be used for a series of public service announcements similar to the attached poster, and you will be compensated with a $20 Visa gift card.
