LABORATORY TESTING NOW OFFERED
FourPoints Health now offers a wide variety of laboratory tests at its Cedar City clinic. Laboratory services are covered by PRC eligibility. Otherwise, if you qualify for the sliding fee discount, the cost of all laboratory tests will be included in your visit. If you do not have insurance or do not qualify for the sliding fee discount, the cost of your visit will be separate from the fee for each additional laboratory test performed.
Please Note: All laboratory tests must be completed during a scheduled appointment.

ICYMI: NEW PEDIATRICIAN!
We are excited to announce that Dr. Kirk Bjella will be joining our Cedar City clinic staff this month (see last week’s Every Friday newsletter for Dr. Bjella’s full bio).
Dr. Bjella will be accepting appointments at the Cedar City clinic on Jan. 24 from 10 a.m. to 4:20 p.m., and starting in February, he will be at the clinic on the third Thursday of each month from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
