The FourPoints Health Shivwits clinic has expanded their hours to include both Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Our newest provider, Tyler Carter, is excited to start serving our Tribal members in Shivwits. Tyler completed his undergraduate studies at Southern Utah University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutrition. He then earned his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Utah.
Prior to attending PA school, Tyler gained experience as a Medical Assistant in both pediatrics and primary care with more than three years working with the FourPoints Health Cedar City clinic.
