Pt Appreciation Day Giveaway

In conjunction with Patient Appreciation Day and National Health Center Week, we are excited to give five lucky patients one Megaplex popcorn bucket! One winner will be randomly selected from each location.
Stop by your local FourPoints Health clinic and enter to win! Each patient seen during the month of August will automatically be entered to win. One entry per person.
The giveaway is open to our patients ages 18 and up. Winners will be contacted via phone on September 4th, 2023.
