REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
This is to give notice that the Paiute Indian Tribe of Utah is seeking Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified contractors to construct a new steel building at the Tribal Headquarters, located at 440 N. Paiute Dr., Cedar City, UT 84721. The building will be 120’x120’ with an interior kitchen and two separate bathrooms. Services include concrete footings and slab, supplying steel structure, erecting steel structure, interior build out including drywall, paint, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.
