Thank you for your interest in serving on the Paiute Indian Tribe of Utah Tribal Council.

Please fill out the Nominee Information Form and pay the background check processing fee*. The Nominee Information form will be used by the Election Board to contact you concerning any issues that might come up.

* The processing fee is $100.00 and can be paid by credit card or debit card (no personal checks or money order).
